Terms
The short version.
Note: CalmWaves Studio is in early access. Our full, counsel-reviewed Terms of Service are being finalized. This page summarizes how access works today.
Access
- Coaches buy Studio at calmwaves.com/store. Pricing, renewal, cancellation, and refunds follow the calmwaves.com terms.
- Studio is in early access, so features may change while we build it with our founding coaches.
Acceptable use
- Studio is a mental-performance tool for coaches and their athletes — not a medical or diagnostic service.
- You're responsible for the accounts and athletes you add, and for using Studio within applicable laws and professional standards.
