How Studio treats data

Athletes own their data. Athletes can export or delete their own data — including from us.
Coaches see only what's shared. Athletes choose which fields their coach can see; session presence is the only always-on signal.
No selling to your athletes. No ads, no upsells, and we don't sell personal data.
Performance, not diagnosis. Studio is a mental-performance tool, not a medical service, and surfaces crisis resources where appropriate.
